INSTECH Standard Washer Disinfectors are ideally suited for Hospitals, Medical colleges, Research centers, Nursing Homes, Pharmaceutical industries, and Forensic Science Laboratories. These are available in different capacities to meet the requirements of differently-sized user segments.
CONSTRUCTION : The inner chamber and all parts coming in contact with water and detergent are made from SS 304 or SS 316 as per the user option. The Basic structure is made from rectangular stainless steel pipe with level adjusting feet (castor Wheel option also available). The Units are designed vertically to save on the floor space. A powerful liquid circulation system along with some SS 304 or SS 316 quality evenly spread nozzles or rotating spray arms (optional) ensures the thorough pre-cleaning, detergent washing & rinsing of the material.
Generously sized detergent & de-rusting containers with telescopic guides ensure easy filling and dispensing of the detergent at an appropriate stage of the process cycle. SS 304-quality wired trays ensure thorough exposure of the load to the fluids.
- An optional SS 304 or 316 quality roll in & roll out type cart along with a transfer trolley can also be provided.

- Optional Hot Air Circulation system with a generously sized electric motor and centrifugal blower along with interlocked finned air heaters ensure the drying and disinfection of the load.
